Good quality plants, well packed. Arrived on time

The recipients of the plants I sent as a gift were happy with them. I have not yet been able to see either the people or the plants and cannot comment on the delivery, but I assume it was OK since the plants are said to be flourishing.

Website is quick and easy to use. Purchase turned up on time well packaged. Really please with the bulbs, they have turned out very well

The plants and pot were great but most of the packaging was polystyrene & bubblewrap which was sad to see.

I really wanted to love Crocus, they have a great selection and an easy to use website. However an item in my first order was damaged beyond saving and I have had no response to my follow up emails, nor a refund. I know these are busy and challenging times but I had hoped for a better service.

The plants were disappointing. One was frost damaged and two were merely twigs that since have not done anything. I emailed to complain and never received a reply. Expensive plants and not value for money.

When the plants arrived they looked very healthy & were very well packed. However having planted them all out , 2 of the 4 have not thrived which is a shame.

Overall quite disappointed with the service and the products especially as they are quite expensive.

Quick, reliable, but maybe expected a couple more seeds in the packet

I ordered 3 Canna Tropicana Black, which came as 3 small, very dry roots in a bag. The quality of the roots was very poor and after potting them on and putting them in a greenhouse to 'get going', there has been absolutely no sign of any growth. As a professional horticulturist I'm well versed in the growing of plants and so I know that there isn't anything I have done wrong, so-to-speak. These were purchased for a planting design that i am planting in a couple of weeks and so i will now have to change the plant to something else as these clearly aren't going to grow. Other Cannas i have (Canna's Durban and Wyoming) are showing lots of new growth so i know it's not the late season that is affecting them (plus, they are all in greenhouses). Very annoying and expensive as i'll have to foot the cost of these now. I expected better from Crocus

Crocus team is excellent at what they do and with a range of plants that provides for garden design across the spectrum.

Well packaged plant arrived safely and in great condition, very pleased.
